The Physician Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Physician Revenue Cycle Management / Billing, Charge Entry, Ancillary, Charge Correction, Insurance Follow-up, Credit Balance, And Payment Posting Departments. Activities include developing and implementing procedures; monitor and tracking claim submissions both electronic and paper, monitoring edits, reviewing claims specs, monitoring provider pin numbers, tracks claims pending adjudication, responds to insurance inquires and denials, monitors credits. Works in unison with all other Physician Revenue Cycle staff as well as the Hospital Revenue Cycle staff and other departments to achieve the goals and targets set by the Revenue Cycle Management team. Assist the Manager in creating Policies and Procedures; training new employees and tracking productivity and other essential information.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Management and/or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Three (3) years of progressive experience in a fast-paced corporate environment to include successful leadership, management, and/or supervisory experience.
Preferred: Previous supervisory experience of staff within a service industry focused on excellence. Previous experience as a successful coach or mentor.
