Currently, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Accountant for Aon Insurance Managers in our Honolulu, HI office.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for a portfolio of captive insurance clients ensuring financial operations & reporting along with regulatory compliance requirements are fully met. The individual would be part of a team servicing clients with the assistance of an Insurance Officer. CPA and captive insurance experience preferred.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Bachelors degree with Accounting concentration or similar discipline; MBA a plus
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles as well as a good understanding of corporate finance concepts; experience with Statutory Accounting Principles a plus
* Must be detail-oriented with client service focus
Strong organizational skills
* Should enjoy working in a service team environment.
* At least five years experience in financial statement preparation and review
