Roll out benchmark PMO tools, templates and approaches across portfolios and regions in support of ICD-10 activities
Work with national and regional teams to identify and track milestones and deliverables relative to a program level plan
Work with national and regional teams to identify and manage cross-team dependencies, program level risks, issues, assumptions, decision and actions
Define program level reporting and roll out deliverables in support of program wide visibility and coordination
Analyze and provide input on budgets and forecasts
Deliver a clear and coherent program plan that would help national and regional teams manage their own specific project plans
Support effective program level change management
Serve as a strong program advocate: identifying and addressing sources of anxiety; aggressively pursuing all channels of communication in order to ensure clarity and encourage teamwork
Manage change by effectively working with national and regional teams as a virtual team member, utilizing effective influence skills in a matrixed environment and exhibiting political astuteness towards desired outcomes
Build trust and encourage teamwork
Consistently support Compliance and the Principles of Responsibility
Experience as a program manager / senior project manager for large complex initiatives a must
Experience rolling out benchmark PMO infrastructure: tools, templates and approaches for large complex initiatives strongly preferred
Advanced PM certification strongly preferred
External / internal consulting experience considered a plus
Healthcare experience a plus

1. Ensure program wide visibility and coordination of cross-team milestones and deliverables as well as associated risks, issues and actions in support of overall execution within time, budget and scope parameters

4. Effectively partner with and support ICD-10 Program Services activities that could be leveraged across national and regional teams (Testing, CrossWalk, Vendor Coordination, Data Analytics and Reporting, Release Coordination)

Preferred: MBA and/or advanced certification in a PM related discipline e.g. PM certification, Six Sigma, AIM (Change Management)

Experience Level: BA or BS required, PMP or Project Management Professional Certification highly desirable; plus minimum 7+ years of direct relevant experience.
