Job: PRO SELL REPRESENTATIVE

Jobing Description

* 2 Years working with the public
* Expereience in sales preferred
* Ability to input information 8 hours a day
* Able to handle tough customers in a professional manner
* Positive service-oriented attitude towards our cutomers, products and our company
* Able to perform math functions, take product oders over the phone or by wire, able to create spreadsheets and word documents for data/research

Primary Responsibilities

* Call on assigned small accounts on a scheduled basis. Maintain call frequency book and keep accurate records
* Address customer requests, concerns and complaints to appropriate department, sales rep., for follow up
* Generate will call, hot shot invoices and sales reports as needed
* Complete job ordrs for Banners, POS, Table Tents
* Advise management of competitive activity in market
* Set up new accounts and maintain inofrmation of existing account changes
* Maybe required to deliver/coordinate product and promotional items to small accounts
* Agressively carry out customer service and incentive programs. Accountable for increasing volume and at the same time maintain quality control standards. Resolve customer problems with our product or service. Ability to coordinate efforts of different departments and personnel to resolve issues.
