* Federal funds to begin January 2012, continuation dependent on performance and annual renewal of funds.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Under the direction of the Project Director and Evaluator collect, enter, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data.
2. Develop and edit literature reviews.
3. Perform library and Internet research; support workgroups (taking minutes, obtaining requested information, etc.).
4. Perform qualitative observations; make copies; and other activities supporting project implementation (activities may be developed based on applicant strengths).

Minimum Qualifications

1. Classified graduate status in educational psychology, psychology, statistics, education, or a related field.
2. Coursework in statistics, measurement, and/or evaluation.

Desirable Qualifications

1. Working experience using quantitative methods and/or qualitative methods; working experience conducting evaluation.
2. Experience with IRB procedures.
3. Experience working in multicultural settings.
4. Excellent writing skills.
5. Computer literacy( Microscoft word, excel, etc.)
