GENENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER (Part-time/oncall)

KANEOHE, HAWAII

Repair and maintain, housing appliances, e.g. air conditioning units, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and masonry at housing units.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Knowledge in maintenance/repair of housing units.

Be familiar with using tools and equipment related to plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, painting and landscaping trades.
