Responsibilities
Performs functional analysis in support of site interoperability of systems. To maintain maximum site performance, identifies requirements for suitable Information Technology (IT) installation techniques, technologies, systems and operations. Establishes requirements for future systems, matching operational requirements to system resources, identifying and justifying requirements, reviews and approves system installation requirements. Ensures that requirements and installation efforts are consistent with site architecture and operation specifications. Develops plans for conducting onsite IT system installations. Reviews installation plans and testing requirements for acceptance of new system in relation to operational requirements. Schedules and coordinates efforts between site and external elements that bring systems into site for installation. Serves as a focal point for developing new system requirements, establishing install priorities and scheduling of those requirements. Provide engineering analysis on power quality and requirements on new and existing systems as required. Establish quality controls standards on new and existing system installations. Provide budgetary oversight and review material purchase requests for installation materials. Performs all required supervisory responsibilities for the Engineering Support branch.

Qualifications
B.S. in Electrical Engineering is required with 6 years experience or a post-baccalaureate certificate and 6 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of experience, or a Doctoral degree and 1 year of experience. The selected individual must possess extensive knowledge of Electrical Engineering technology and principles. Possess an understanding of network architecture and technology. The selected individual must possess exceptional written and verbal communications skills, briefing skills, and be able to work closely with a wide range of technical managers. Have 15 years experience in National, DOD, NSA IT installation standards, INFOSEC Principles, Configuration Management policies, and requirements definition & analysis. Must have supervisory experience.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
Salary range $79,565 - $122,226
