About the Business Line Water We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design-build.
Job Description

Perform work, which may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements. Competent in all conventional aspects of the subject matter of the functional area of the assignments, plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria. Devise new approaches to problems encountered. Require sufficient professional experience to assure competence as a fully trained worker. Independently performs most assignments with instructions as to the general results expected. Receive technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects. Work independently with general guidance except for complex and unusual situations.

Develop technical solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Perform the design work with minimal supervision. Exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Provide guidance to young engineers and quality assurance review. Coordinate with clients and sub consultants. Be proficient on Autodesk Civil 3D program. Possess strong technical and writing skills.

Registration as Professional Engineer required.
