Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor selects, trains, evaluates and supervises home care team members and provides inservice programs for home care staff. The Clinical Supervisor maintains the quality of home care and has complete knowledge of state licensure laws, certification requirements, and insurance qualifications for reimbursement. The CS coordinates client services between Nursefinders and the community and initiates and participates in the assessment of client needs, performs nursing procedures contributing to the treatment and rehabilitation of clients and maintains professional standards of nursing practice.

Education: RN, currently licensed (in good standing) in state where office is located and where services are provided. BS in nursing or other health-related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as an RN, including teaching and supervisory experience. Home care experience required. Verification of experience and skills required to practice in specialty areas (e.g., pediatrics, oncology, rehabilitation, IV therapy, maternal/child, etc.). If in a home care or staff relief licensure state, the Clinical Supervisor must meet education and experience requirements as outlined in that state s licensure law.
