Job Summary

Ensures the smooth coordination of transportation operations for Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Coordinates guest pick-ups, dispatches the office, and verifies invitations and tour times while providing constant communication with various team members and departments. Enters data into MS Excel spreadsheets as well as assists in general office duties- answering phones, typing memos, contacting guests, copying, faxing, etc. Performs all aspects of Transportation including Dispatch, Office Work, Greeter work & Driver.

Basic Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in business level Japanese. Basic office skills. Type 30 WPM. Drivers license required. Flexible work schedule - 7 days a week coverage with two days off within that week. Able to work shift starting at 6:30am or shift that ends at 9:30pm - flexible based on rotation & schedule as posted & distributed by manager.
