Job Summary

Coordinates tour appointments and guest arrivals at the Hilton Grand Vacation Sales Gallery, helping to facilitate a smooth, seamless and well-organized marketing process. The ability to input and maintain accurate guest data is to key to success in this role, as is the timely submission of reservation reports to the management team. Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in demonstrating consistent delivery of quality guest service.
Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
Must be fluent in Japanese and English.
Demonstrated proficiency with word processing (30 WPM) and 10-key (6,000 KPH).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detailed oriented, self-motivated, quick learner and a problem solver.
Ability to work independently and resolve guest service issues and problems.
Must be organized and be able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to meet Hilton Grand Vacations Company attendance standards.
Must be able to attend and be punctual at all marketing training meetings (as requested) or to work any work related events as directed by management.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
