Location: Honolulu, HI

Description

Serve as member of the Mission Support Directorate (MSD) Integrated Support Office (ISO). Primary role applies extensive background in intelligence operations, collection management all source resourcing as the Field Representative for US Pacific Command located at the Joint Intelligence Operations Center with direct interface with the Intelligence Mission Management Center. Expected to provide expert input to the PACOM Joint Intelligence Collection Management Board. Plan and Coordinate VIP/Mission Partner senior visits. This position involves working requirement needs and policies across the Intelligence Community.

Education:

Bachelors degree (BS or BA) desired; however, related experience may be substituted for degree requirements.

Required Skills:

Ability to be the Command's outreach and effectively communicate with Headquarters is paramount

* Proven performer as Action Officer/Manager in the DoD, IC,or National Community. NRO systems and capabilities expertise a plus

Minimum ten plus years experience as a proven performer in the IC/ISR/ CM fields

Top Secret security clearance with SCI and current polygraph.

Required Qualifications/Professional Qualities:

* Understanding of NRO and mission partner organizations, roles and missions

* Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations

* Ability to interact with senior level personnel

Experience with joint operations/intelligence and doctrine

- Active duty military experience preferred.

Familiarity with working in a classified environment. Willing to travel to Harm's Way location

Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of project details and understand programmatic and scheduling issues and convey this knowledge to senior management.

* Key contributor supporting, coordinating diverse spectrum: threat analysis,PACOM exercises and real-world natural disasters
