Job Summary

The Ceridian Hawaii district is looking for an Account Executive in the Honolulu, HI market. The Account Executive will proactively manage and strengthen long term strategic, profitable client partnerships with an assigned client base of medium HR/Payroll clients to maintain and grow revenue, achieve customer retention and satisfaction objectives. Our ideal candidate will have experience in both Human Resources/Payroll and Sales/Account Management experience

Responsibilities:

* Retain and grow revenue

* Establishes and cultivates relationships with key decision makers at senior levels and across various functional areas

* Applies business acumen and a broad knowledge of the organization's services, products and marketing techniques

* Identifies how Ceridian solutions can meet current and future needs

* Develop strong, collaborative relationships across Ceridian business channels to partner with appropriate departments in the leadership of strategic account initiatives or resolution of client issues

* Uncover sales opportunities and attain quota to increase sales penetration and profits at assigned accounts

* Create annual business plan to include: assigned retention goals, marketing activity, phone call frequency and account status review

* Conducts regularly scheduled business expectation reviews, system utilization reviews, and on-site customer visits to define partnership objectives, monitor and improve the account status and customer satisfaction

* Respond to customer request to analyze and resolve new requirements, special projects and/or problems through the coordination of Ceridian resources

* Identify and actively participate in creating action plans for assigned accounts in critical account status to ensure the appropriate efforts are made to retain clients

* Provide information regarding significant developments in the marketplace, including competitive activity, new applications and product requirements as they impact the targeted marketplace

* Proficient in Ceridian s current product offerings and knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources, Outsourcing industry developments & trends

* Travel - Regional travel 10-20%; approximately

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required Minimum of 5 years experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales, and/or HR/PR Industry experience

* Experience with account management of a large base of smaller sized assigned accounts preferred

* Strong interpersonal communication, consultative, teamwork and presentation skills required

* Business acumen, problem solving and project management skills required

* Experience in the HR/Payroll industry preferred

* Knowledge of sales contracts, account relationship management, and billing preferred

* Vehicle and valid Driver's License required
